Sevan Auto Parts offers a 90 day warranty on all engines and
transmissions (unless otherwise noted at time of sale), and 30 day
warranty on most other parts. We offer extended warranties on engines
and transmissions, ask your sales person for more information. See terms
below.
Return Policy
90 day warranty on engines/transmissions, 30 day warranty on all parts
except electrical. No warranty on parts with over 150k miles unless
approved. 3 year 36k mile extended warranty available on engines and 12
month 12k mile extended warranty available on transmissions. All
drivetrain must be installed by an ASE certified technician for warranty
to be valid. NO WARRANTY ON LABOR. SAP and Stock # must be on all parts
for return. No returns on body cuts. Cooling system parts are guaranteed
not to leak upon purchase. No refunds or exchange without original
invoice. $15 minimum yard pulling fee. All electrical parts are
non-refundable, no exceptions. No reimbursement for delay, labor,
mileage, or any additional cost from installing purchased part. All
warranties will be VOID if damaged or dismantled in any way. All ordered
parts are non-refundable, no exceptions. Tires & batteries are sold
as-is, no exception. No warranties on gaskets, seals, or fluids of any
type. All parts with warranty must have gaskets, seals, and fluids
replaced for warranty to be valid. No warranty on glass. All defective
parts are to be proven defective by an authorized automotive facility
EXCLUDING other parts stores. 20% restocking fee on all unwanted parts
including customer cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable. Shipping,
fuel surcharges, delivery fees, and freight is non-refundable NO
EXCEPTIONS.
